ADMITTED STUDENT SUMMER TREKS

Hello world! Please change me in Site Preferences -> This Category/Section -> Lower Description Bar

This summer Reaching Out will once again hold LGBT MBA Career Treks for admitted LGBTQ MBA students with treks in NYC for Finance (June 18-19, 2018), Minneapolis for Marketing & Retail (June 21-22, 2018), Boston for Health Care & Insurance Markets (July 9-10, 2018), San Francisco for Technology (July 12-13, 2018), Seattle for Technology & Retail (July 16-17, 2018), and Chicago for General Management & Consulting (July 19-20, 2018).

These treks are designed to be a learning experience about a specific industry for newly admitted LGBTQA MBAs.  Our hope is that they will serve as an important first point in helping educate, inspire and connect LGBTQ MBAs and give them a head start on understanding what options they can pursue as an LGBTQ professional. Last year multiple students attending treks ended up receiving job offers from companies they visited.

Space in treks is limited and admitted LGBTQ students are encouraged to apply as soon as possible to participate. There is no cost to participate, however attendees will be responsible for flight and hotel accommodations (Reaching Out may be able to provide limited travel support from our LGBTQ Student Fund).
