Volunteer at the Conference

Then join the Reaching Out 2008 Team! We’re looking for dedicated and responsible volunteers to help make this year’s conference a success.

What will volunteers do?

• Set up the conference on Wednesday afternoon and Thursday morning.
• Check in participants at the on-site registration table on Thursday late afternoon, Friday, and Saturday.
• Direct corporate sponsors, such as panelists, speakers, and career expo participants, to the correct events at the conference.
• Make sure that only registered participants participate in conference events.

Who’s eligible?

• Past, present, and future MBA students.
• Current undergraduate students and other graduate students.
• LGBT persons and straight allies.
• Business professionals.
• You!

What’s in it for you?

• As a volunteer you will gain access to attend conference panels and workshops on the day you are volunteering. (Sorry, but the career expo and meals are only open to conference attendees. To attend these events, you must register.)
• Have the opportunity to network with great and fun people from all over the world.
