Our website does identify the IP address of computers that visit. An IP address is a unique number assigned to each computer on the Internet. This data is used for statistical purposes to determine how many unique users visit the site and in no way is it used to identify specific individuals. If you contact us via our Contact Us form, your IP address is provided to the recipients of the email, all of whom are organizers of the Reaching Out MBA conference and/or serve on the Reaching Out MBA Board. IP addresses are not easily traceable, and no member of the Reaching Out MBA conference organizing committee or Board will make any effort to trace the email by IP address unless the message contained within is deemed threatening to the recipient(s) and/or the Reaching Out MBA organization and its events.
If You Send Us Personal Information
Reaching Out MBA is not set up to collect any personal information about you when you visit the site unless you choose to provide that information to us (for example, registering for our conference or events). We use this information to contact you about the matter in which you expressed interest. Should we need to forward your request to a third party, all your personal information will be removed first. If there is a need to send your personal information to a third party, you will be contacted first to seek your permission. No personal information (including your IP address or email) collected at this site is sold, given, or released to any third parties without your express permission. The only exception to this is if legal action forces the release of this information*.
At any time, you may request that we no longer use the personal information that you have provided for the purposes that you had originally requested. Reaching Out will honor your request and remove all information pertaining to your request from our database.
Email Distribution Lists
Reaching Out MBA uses Constant Contact, a third-party provider, for email marketing purposes. When you sign-up for our email distribution list, your name and email address will be stored in Constant Contact databases for the express purpose of email marketing by Reaching Out MBA. Every mass email from Reaching Out MBA will be provided with a link to SafeUnsubscribe from the distribution list. This guarantees the permanent removal of your email address from the Reaching Out MBA email distribution list. If you receive an email without this link or you would like to otherwise unsubscribe, please contact us.

Reaching Out has links to other useful sites on the Internet. Reaching Out is not responsible for the content or privacy policy of sites not hosted on our website. When you leave our site, you will need to refer to the privacy policy listed on that site.
