Meet and interact with fellow MBA LGBT student leaders from across the country. Share ideas and best practices to raise LGBT visibility, outreach and awareness on campus, as well as to establish and grow LGBT MBA student organizations. Provide leadership for expanding ROMBA's programs.

1. Strength in numbers: Growing your membership
· Whether your LGBT group has one member or dozens, an engaged and growing set of members is vital
· Learn what students at other schools have done: enlisting allies, working with the administration and student government, creating a safe space for people to come out at b-school
2. Visibility matters: Planning events that make an impact on campus
· Case studies from several business schools about events they use to make their presence known
· Listen and share best practices for making your mark at school and engaging every MBA

1. Getting in the Door: Engaging applicants and admissions
· The LGBT community continues to be underrepresented in business schools
· Strategize about how increase to the number of LGBT people in the applicant pool and market our schools as LGBT-friendly
· Help and encourage admissions officers to prioritize LGBT admissions and eliminate enrollment barriers
2. Leaving a legacy: Building a successful alumni network
· A strong, engaged alumni network is vital for the success of campus organizations, and for career development in school and after
· Leaders of successful alumni organizations will share their experiences

1. Career development: Beyond the Reaching Out Conference
· Learn about building relationships with alumni, HR and LGBT employee groups at companies around the country
· Strategize ways that Reaching Out can extend career development activities year-round
2. Workplace issues: You’re in the door, now what?
· Equality in the workplace doesn’t stop at ENDA or partner benefits
· Learn what matters in earning promotions and gaining influence
· Balancing career with partners and family

Final panel for all participants will focus on strategy for the future of Reaching Out MBA organization and conference.
