Every year Reaching OUT works with our LGBT MBA Club Affiliates to track changes in terms of LGBT young professional pursuing their MBAs at any given them.  From this data we know that on average approximately 3% of MBA students identify as out gay, lesbian, bisexual, transgender or queer.

The survey information below was collected from our LGBT MBA Club Affiliates in Fall 2014. It is student reported and many data points may be approximated and generally only reflect those lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and queer MBAs who are out to their peers.

LGBT MBA Club Bio:   At Babson, we are committed to creating a community that values and supports Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, queer and questioning (LGBTQ) individuals and their allies. OUT Network is a campus organization with two primary purposes: to promote awareness of Babson LGBTQ news, events, and programs, and service as a support group for members of Babson’s LGBTQ community and its allies.
