We encourage conference attendees to arrive in New York the night of Thursday, October 12th, to allow ample time to attend the Career Expo, which begins at 9:30am the morning of Friday, October 13th.
The 2006 Reaching Out LGBT MBA Student Conference will be held at the Grand Hyatt New York, located in the heart of midtown Manhattan.
We have negotiated a limited number of rooms at a discounted rate for conference attendees. Please book no later than Thursday, September 15th to ensure you receive this rate.

Arriving by Air
We are pleased to announce American Airlines as the official carrier for Reaching Out MBA 2006. They have arranged for the attendees to the conference the following discount:
- a) 5% discount off Coach and First Class fares.
- b) After the ticket is purchased, but prior to outbound flight departure date, the name may be changed for a service fee.
The Coach Class discount applies to most applicable fares that are available for your date and time of travel.

There are three airports serving New York City. LaGuardia, John F. Kennedy, Newark airports are easily accessible via taxi or public transportation. All three airports offer travelers a wide range of Ground Transportation services. There are taxis, buses, shuttles, and limousines available in front of and next to each terminal. Ground Transportation Information counters are located on the lower baggage claim level of all terminals and provide information and reservations for buses, shared-ride vans and limousines. Other public transportation information is also available.
