Reaching Out MBA Volunteers

We need your help

We are looking for volunteers to help at this year's conference. We need YOU to help us to:

• Set up the conference on Wednesday afternoon and Thursday morning
• Check in participants at the on-site registration table on Thursday late afternoon, Friday, and Saturday
• Direct corporate sponsors, such as panelists, speakers, and career fair participants, to the correct events at the conference
• Make sure that only registered participants enter the meeting- and ballrooms

And what's in it for you? As a volunteer, you will:

• Have access to attend conference panels and workshops on the day you are volunteering. (Sorry but the career fair and receptions are only open to conference attendees. To attend these events, please register for the entire conference).
• Will get receive a bag of goodies and a fabulous T-Shirt that only volunteers get!
• Have the opportunity to network with great and fun people from all over the world

Please send an e-mail to volunteer@reachingoutmba.org and indicate your interest to volunteer. Please also let us know when you would be available to help out (multiple times would be greatly appreciated - we will make sure that you will have sufficient time to join the conference activities! Promised!). The available shifts are:

• Wednesday, October 11: late afternoon
• Thursday, October 12: morning or evening
• Friday, October 13: morning, afternoon, or evening
• Saturday, October 14: morning, afternoon, evening
