The mission and purpose of the Reaching Out LGBT MBA Conference is to educate, connect and inspire lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender (LGBT) MBA students and content is designed to exclusively serve LGBT students.
Though much of the conference focuses on connecting companies with top LGBTQA talent, many parts of the conference focus on networking with LGBTQ peers and the discussion of issues that are important to the LGBTQ community at large.
You do not need to be LGBT to attend, however it is highly recommended that yyou be actively involved with LGBT issues in your community.
Please keep in mind that our MBA Programs and Corporate Partners are coming to interact with the LGBT community and may look negatively upon non-LGBT candidates who cannot prove that they are active advocates of the community.
Access codes for student registration are available via on-campus lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, and queer business clubs participating in Affiliates of Reaching Out (please let us know if you need to be connected to your LGBT club's leaders) or by completing a brief application for attendance.
This application is designed to remind individuals of the purposes the LGBT MBA Conference exists and to ensure an inclusive environment for all attendees, both LGBTQ students and allies alike.
Upon acceptance you will be issued a unique registration code that will allow you to register for the LGBT MBA Conference in San Francisco (Oct 2-4) at the student rate ($99 until 9/7) or student volunteer rate ($75 while spots last).
