We welcome you to spend a day with us on MIT Sloan’s campus to learn about all the opportunities available to LGBTQI community at MIT Sloan. You can expect to attend a class and also hear from the Admissions Office, Program Offices, current students, and the LGBTQI club throughout the day.
The program will conclude with a happy hour reception from 5:00 pm – 6:00 pm

One way in which we demonstrate this commitment is through our US MBA Diversity Insights Program, an integral part of our diversity recruiting efforts to attract top talent. This full-day program is designed to provide an opportunity to learn about our Firm’s culture and our various businesses, including: Client and Partner Group, Credit & Markets, Infrastructure, Private Equity and Real Estate, as well as KKR Capstone, a team of operational executives dedicated to creating value across KKR’s portfolio companies. Modeled after Reaching Out’s successful conferences in the United States & South America (Brazil 2015-2017), the inaugural Reaching Out: Asia Pacific Summit (November 4, 2017, in Hong Kong at the HSBC headquarters) seeks to give lesbian, gay, bisexual & transgender (LGBT) students and young professionals across Asia Pacific the opportunity to discover the value and importance of being out & open as a LGBT person in their work environment.
The one-day event will help student & young professional attendees build connections with other LGBT colleagues, get inspired by LGBT professionals present who will share their own experiences, and learn about career opportunities at leading companies including McKinsey & Company, HSBC, and The Boston Consulting Group which are hiring LGBT talents.
Registration for Reaching Out: Asia Pacific is free for gay, lesbian and transgender students and post-graduate students. There are a limited number for young professionals (up to 3 years after graduation), but we will not be able to confirm young professional’s attendance status until October. Learn more & register
