Reaching Out offers an assortment of workshops, panels, and programs designed to help MBA students and professionals connect with one another, build individual knowledge and skill sets, and achieve lasting success in school, in the workplace, and in the community. We are working hard to ensure Reaching Out 2007 is the most successful and comprehensive conference in our ten year history, so check back regularly for updates and additions.

This year's program includes:
Career Panels. Reaching Out 2007 will feature an expanded list of the ever-popular career panels, where attendees can learn about the challenges and benefits of pursuing a career in their chosen field. This list is subject to change.
Connect, Build, & Achieve Workshops and Panels. This series of topic-based workshops and panels will allow participants to learn about issues and opportunities in the business world and beyond.
Networking for Success. In today's job market, you must know what, where and to whom you are selling and target your proactive strategy - and your pitch - to the right audience: namely the people in a position to hire you. This workshop will teach you to not only network, but to Network for Success.
Student Leader Roundtable. Once again, this year's Reaching Out will include an opportunity for leaders of MBA student organizations around the country and world to connect. The LGBT Student Leader Roundtable provides a forum for Reaching Out conference attendees to meet and interact with other student leaders, faculty and administrators from across the country to build and strengthen campus LGBT organizations.
Affinity Events. Glass ceilings are being shattered - in politics, in school, and in business. LGBT women and People of Color are not only entering the business world at record rates - they are leading it too. Join Reaching Out as we connect, build, and achieve success that spans the entire community.
