Meet Our Class of 2018 Fellows: Farrell Murphy

University of Southern California, Marshall School of Business

My name is Farrell Murphy and I graduated from UNC Chapel Hill in 2014. I am from Charlotte, NC but have lived in New York City the last 4 years working as senior consultant for IBM in the media and entertainment practice. I have a talent for working with people, collaborating, and building relationships. I am also a fanatical student of coffee and whiskey (and could talk for days on either subject if given the opportunity). I also love watching and playing all sports but especially track and field, basketball, and football. I am excited to move to move to LA and start at USC Marshall and be involved in the LGBTQ community!

Howard Schultz, Ellen DeGeneres, Serena Williams, Alexis Ohanian, Audrey Gelman.

What's one thing everyone should know about you?

Direct quote from my friend when I posed this question: “You have an unwavering commitment to collecting knowledge about a diverse set of useless minutia.”
