ROMBA 2020 will take place virtually!

The ROMBA conference is the world's largest gathering of LGBT+ business students and alumni. Each Fall, we bring together leaders in our community to educate, inspire, and connect our community through C suite panels, workshops, competitions, a host of receptions, and a career fair with over 90 corporate partners across industries recruiting LGBT+ MBA talent.

We hope you can join us this year as we continue to increase the influence of the LGBT+ community in business!

This year, we are re-imaging ROMBA in a virtual space. Please check back for frequent updates on content, agendas, speakers - and watch out for our brand new site coming in July!

Frequently asked questions

How can I get an access code as a student?

There are two ways to get an access code: (1) Through you on-campus LGBT club if it is an Affiliate of Reaching Out. Don't know the club leaders? Email us and we'll introduce you. (2) By completing this online application. Note if you are applying from a school with an LGBTQ affiliate club, we will refer you to the club leaders rather than review the application.

I am not LGBT+. Should I come?

Please note that the Reaching Out LGBT MBA & Business Graduate Conference is a conference for current, alumni and prospective specifically for lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender business students. We want to keep the conference an inclusive environment for both LGBTQ students and active allies alike. While active allies are welcome, this may not be the best recruiting opportunity for you as many companies are looking specifically for LGBT talent.

Is there a discount ROMBA hotel rate?

Yes! We have arranged for discount room rates for all categories of attendees at our host hotel, the Hyatt Regency Atlanta. All official events will be held on-site at this hotel, so it is by far the most convenient option as well! Find our discount rate on our hotel & transportation page. Please note that ROMBA 2019 coincides with Atlanta Pride and area hotels WILL sell out.
